Unopened sets may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incomplete orders

Contact us within 14 days with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange replacement pieces, a replacement set, or a refund as appropriate.

Return condition

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
